Liana brings a positive and realistic approach to identifying goals and creating objectives, to help individuals and organisations.
Liana qualified as a Certified Recovery Coach with the ICF-approved Recovery Coaching Training by Alida Schuyler and Crossroads Coaching in 2004. Because of her personal and professional background she went ahead and also qualified as an Eating Disorder Practitioner with (The National Centre for Eating Disorders and Deanne Jade).
Liana also qualified as Professional Life Coach and then as Performance and Positive Impact Coach with New Castle College.
Liana is also an NLP Practitioner (with ITS and Ian Mc Dermott) and believes in the power of Neuro Linguistic Programme to help achieve her clients’ goals during coaching contracts.
Liana is an active member of ICF (International Coaching Federation).
Her love for Languages and MA from La Sapienza University in Rome in Far East Languages and Cultures allows her to work in Japanese and Portuguese, as well as English and her native language, Italian. Having lived and worked in Asia as well as Europe, she is sensitive to the cultural differences and nuances of working with clients on a global scale.
